2. How can one qualify for admission into MSU-Gensan?

Admission to MSU-Gensan is primarily based on the results of the Mindanao State University System Admission and Scholarship Examination (MSU-SASE), which is administered annually across various testing centers nationwide. Students are screened based on their performance in the exam, as well as their academic and character references.

In addition to MSU-SASE, some programs may require interviews, talent or skills assessments (e.g., for music, arts, or sports), and other program-specific requirements.

3. How much is the tuition at MSU-Gensan?

MSU-Gensan is a state-funded university, which means that students generally enjoy free tuition under the Republic Act 10931 or the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, provided they meet the requirements of the program. Other minimal fees may apply, such as student organization fees, ID processing, and laboratory fees for selected courses.
